Billing Terms and Conditions

These billing terms explain how payments work when you shop with Lumuras — what appears on your statement, when you’re charged, and how taxes are handled. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Who you’re paying

Lumuras is a trading name of TRUVIAN LTD. Depending on your bank, your payment may appear on your statement as “Lumuras” or “TRUVIAN LTD”. If you don’t recognise a charge, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — we’ll be glad to help.

Currency

All transactions are processed in GBP (£).

When you’re charged

Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. We don’t set up subscriptions or recurring charges — you’re only ever charged for the orders you place.

Pricing and taxes

All prices are shown in GBP and include any UK taxes due. The total shown at checkout is the amount you’ll be charged. With free UK delivery, there’s nothing added for shipping, and UK orders carry no additional charges on arrival.

Payment authorisation

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method you’re using belongs to you, or that you have permission to use it. Orders are subject to verification and authorisation by your payment provider. We may cancel an order if payment is declined or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment fails or is declined, your order won’t be processed. You’re welcome to try again with a different payment method, or contact us if you need help.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method and are covered by our Refund Policy. The time a refund takes to appear can vary depending on your bank or card provider.
