Where we ship
We ship within the United Kingdom only. We don’t currently offer international delivery.
Our carriers
We partner with two reliable carriers for UK deliveries: Royal Mail and DHL. The carrier for your order is chosen to get it to you safely and on time.
Order cut-off and processing
Our daily cut-off is 5:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday. Orders placed before the cut-off begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or at weekends and on UK public holidays, are processed the next business day, which may add a day to your estimate.
Handling takes 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email when you check out, and a second email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.
How long delivery takes
Once dispatched, parcels are in transit for 7–10 business days. Including handling, most UK orders arrive within 8–12 business days of being placed.
These are estimates rather than guarantees. On rare occasions, delivery can be affected by carrier delays or busy periods. If your order is taking longer than expected, get in touch and we’ll look into it for you.
Tracking your order
Every order is sent with tracking. We’ll email your tracking number once your order ships — please allow up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear as your parcel enters the carrier’s network. You can follow your parcel at any time using our Track Your Order page.
Taxes and customs
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any UK taxes due. UK orders are delivered with no additional customs or import charges to pay on arrival.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery.
Changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Please email us as soon as possible. If it hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to help. Once it’s on its way, our Refund Policy applies.
