Your 30-day return window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items — well beyond the 14 days required by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You can return for any reason: we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

How to start a return

Returning to us is easy. Email info@lumuras.com with your order number and tell us what you’d like to return. Our support team will reply with simple instructions and the correct return address. Please wait for these before posting anything back, so we can process your refund quickly.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible, items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and any accessories they arrived with. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value if items have been handled more than was necessary to check them.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost on their way back to us.

Faulty or defective item? If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you’re protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — and we’ll cover the cost of returning it. Just email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo.

Your refund

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days, back to your original payment method. There are no restocking fees. The time a refund takes to appear after that can vary depending on your bank or card provider.

The quickest way to swap an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the one you’d prefer.
