The Striata borrows its silhouette from the railway platform and factory floor lamps of the early twentieth century a low, wide glass dome with a gently stepped neck and refines it with finely ribbed glass that turns every bulb into a small light show. Hundreds of vertical grooves run across the shade, catching, splitting, and scattering the light into a warm prismatic shimmer that plain glass simply cannot produce.
At the crown, a brass tone lamp holder with machined ridges anchors the vintage character, met by a slim black cord and a compact black ceiling rose. The two glass tones set distinct moods: amber deepens the glow into something golden and pub like, while clear glass keeps things brighter and more Scandinavian. Both come alive most vividly with a filament-style bulb visible through the ribs.
At 30cm across and 18cm tall, the Striata is broad enough to command space over a dining table or kitchen island on its own, and its 120cm cord gives generous flexibility over hanging height.
